This is a well-known verse from the Bible that says, “For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.” This verse is often quoted and cherished by many Christians as a source of comfort and assurance.
In the context of the book of Jeremiah, this verse is part of a letter that the prophet Jeremiah sent to the Israelites who were in exile in Babylon. The letter was meant to encourage them during a difficult time and to remind them that God had a plan for their future.
The verse emphasizes that God is aware of the plans He has for His people. These plans are not to harm them but to prosper them, to give them hope, and to provide them with a future. It reassures believers that even in times of uncertainty and adversity, God has a purpose and a plan for their lives.
Many people find comfort in this verse because it reminds them that God is in control and has good intentions for His people. It encourages them to trust in God’s plan, even when they may not understand it fully.
Overall, Jeremiah 29:11 serves as a reminder of God’s faithfulness, His love, and His desire to bless His people. It is a source of hope and encouragement for those who seek guidance and reassurance in their lives.
Prayer bullet for today Fri 1st March, 2024. HAPPY NEW MONTH.
HE CARES FOR YOU!
Psalm 55:22,’’ Cast your burden on the Lord and He shall sustain you; He shall never permit the righteous to be moved’’
God wants to speak with you on a one to one basis. He wants to lead you step by step into good things He has in store for you. He cares about tiniest details of your life. Never hesitate to take what you think are small things to God; after all, everything is small to God! He even keeps track of how many hairs you have on your head [Matthew 10:30]. He cares about the desires of your heart. He wants to reveal truth to you that will set you free from WORRY, FEAR and LIMITATION. His plan to share an intimate relationship with you existed before you were born into this world! The Psalmist said, ‘’ All the days [of my life] were written before ever they took shape’’ [Psalm 139:16]. Beloved, this is to show you that indeed, He has planned ahead for you, and at the same time, HE CARES FOR OUR EXISTENCE! Halleluyah!
Prayers 1. Holy Ghost, illuminate and guide me!
2. O God arise, and protect me through the storms of life!
3. Beauty of the lord our God, be upon me!
4. My Father, shelter me under your mighty wings!
5. Signs and wonders shall be my lot
Good Morning. Today, I am a chosen race, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, a people for God’s own possession, so that I may proclaim the excellencies of Him who has called me out of darkness into His marvellous light [1Peter 2:9]. And so shall it be, in the name of JESUS!
Ephesians 6:15, “For shoes, put on the peace that comes from the Good News so that you will be fully prepared.”
Ephesians 6 talks about how we should put on the whole armour of God for our daily spiritual battles. One part of that armour is the SHOES OF PEACE. It’s interesting that God chose our feet for peace. It implies that everywhere we go, we’re going to have to choose to stay in peace.
You can have on your helmet of salvation, your belt of truth, and your shield of faith, but if you don’t put on your shoes of peace, if you don’t make the decision that you’re not going to let other people bait you into conflict, then even though you have on all the other armour, without peace it’s not going to be effective. Every morning make the decision that nothing that comes against you is going to get you upset – that’s putting on your shoes of peace.
You’re saying, “God, my life is in your hands. Everything may not go perfectly well today, but I trust you. I know you’re working all things for my good.”
Prayers 1. O Lord thank you for being the God of all peace and for giving me shoes of peace to walk in!
2. O Lord, I want to draw closer to you and live deeper in you.
Good Morning. Today, I refuse to allow circumstances in my life or what others say and do to get me upset.
I declare “I walk in peace” into my situation in the name of JESUS!
